Booking Policies:
- A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment and will be credited toward your service. The remaining balance should be paid with a card or cash.
- Expect a delay on shipping during any holiday.
- Please verify the service prices before booking, as they have changed.
- Estimated service durations are provided but may vary based on individual client needs.
- Please arrive to your appointment with your hair completely detangled. If you arrive to your appointment with any of your previous hairstyle intact, you will be charged $50.
- For any new wig installs, you must drop your wig off for customization five days prior to your appointment
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- A late fee of $15 will be charged if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
- If there is no communication from the client within 20 minutes of the appointment time, the appointment will be canceled.
- Coupons are only valid for hairstyles priced over $100.
- Bundles or wig that have been cut or washed are non-refundable.
